Mindy Tsoi’s paralegal experience focuses on patent litigation matters. Mindy has been extensively involved in all aspects of patent litigation before the International Trade Commission, Patent Trial and Appeals Board, various federal district courts, and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has worked on patent disputes in a wide variety of technical areas, including mobile phone operating systems and software, medical devices, next-generation sequencing, GPS devices, wearable fitness, computer animation, web services, pharmaceutical, LED and lighting, and semiconductor industries.  She has worked with a number of high-profile clients and large complex litigation through all phases from intake to jury and bench trials.  In a high-pressured environment, she has the ability to take command and execute accordingly.
