Kevin's practice focuses on patent and trade secret disputes including technologies ranging from software, consumer electronics, and telecommunications (including many cases involving standard essential patents) to pharmaceuticals and medical devices. His experience includes substantive involvement in numerous patent litigations and related competition matters in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea) and Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, and Italy).
